2023 Mission Trip to
Inez, Kentucky
Missions is an important way to serve those around us. This July our church will be traveling to Inez, Kentucky, a city in one of the poorest counties in the United States. While there, our team will be coordinating a variety of service projects to help those in need.
Inez, Kentucky
Located in the coal fields of eastern Kentucky, Inez, Kentucky is the county seat of Martin County. Unfortunately Inez has struggled with poverty almost since its founding in 1810. Inez even received a Presidential Visit by President Lyndon B Johnson, where he highlighted the struggles of its people and called America to action against the War on Poverty.
