Our Mission

At RidgeKids Ministry, our heart is to see children not only learn the Bible—but live it. We believe every child is uniquely created by God with purpose, gifts, and a calling. Our mission is to partner with families in nurturing that calling by helping kids understand who God is and who He has designed them to be.

We don’t just tell Bible stories—we bring them to life! Through dynamic, hands-on teaching, RidgeKids engages children in ways that stick. Our goal is for every lesson to be remembered long after the service ends.

 

How We Teach

🎯 Object Lessons

We use real-world objects to illustrate biblical truths in a way that’s simple, visual, and powerful. Whether it’s using a flashlight to talk about being the light of the world or a backpack to explain the burden of sin, our lessons hit home.

🕺 Kinesthetic Learning

We get kids moving! From acting out Bible scenes to interactive games and creative crafts, our kinesthetic approach helps children internalize what they learn through movement and hands-on activities.

💬 Active Discussion & Prayer

Every lesson includes time for kids to ask questions, reflect on the story, and connect personally with God through guided prayer and age-appropriate conversation.

Whether your child is shy, outgoing, creative, analytical, athletic, or artistic—our ministry is built to reach them. We celebrate the diversity of how God has made each child and aim to cultivate an environment where every young heart can thrive.
